Founded in 1991, we are planners and project managers specializing in buildings for business. We first create and test the feasability of several project concepts to prove your project will strengthen market position, efficiency, recruitment and ROA. We then manage all project phases — including selecting the design/build team — to eliminate distractions, delays, and overruns. We are not developers, but professionals working for a fixed fee.
